Homemade granola

Recipe:

1 1/2 c- oats

1/4 c- ground flaxseed

1/4 c- chopped walnuts

1/4 c- chopped walnuts

4 Tbsp- pure maple syrup

2- egg whites (approx 3 Tbsp)

1/4 c- raw peanut or almond butter

1/4 c- unsweetened shredded coconut

Pinch of sea salt


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl

  2. Spread evenly onto sheet Pan (no oil needed)

  3. Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins or until lightly golden

  4. Cool completely before storing in sealed container.

  5. Enjoy!
